New Installation at The Angel, Chapel Street, Salford.

Some of LIDS' old recordings are now available to hear at the exhibition space on the first floor at The Angel. There are a series of photos, laminated and exhibited, and next to it is a set of headphones: place these on your head and you can hear the recordings that go with the images.

In the News

Salford LIDS has been working for the last few years on making podcasts.

We have set up a dedicated web page for this purpose.

Follow the link here.

The first 3 podcasts were dedicated to issues of health in the community.

Jane and Mike, from Salford LIDS, are in the process of recording a number of self-penned songs. In the past, they have performed these at a number of venues in the Manchester area, including Didsbury Cricket Club (first Tuesday of each month) and Chorlton Folk Club (every Thursday evening).
